A relay for Life Team
teaming up with The Hillbillies for Hope(A Relay
for Life Team) to help find a cure for cancer.
Relay For Life is a team event that increases cancer
awareness in our community! Across America,
there were over 4300 Relay for Life events in 2004!
Families, schools, companies, hospitals, and other
community groups create teams who take turns
walking around a track all night to raise money to
find a cure!
We will be holding split the pot drawings at all
HHMC events this year. Half the money will go to
the lucky ticket holder and the other half will go to
The Hillbillies for Hope. This is a great cause that
raises the awareness on all levels. Be sure to stop by
their tent this year. Who knows, you might win
some money.
They are holding a golf outing in May at Valley
Vista golf course in Bainbridge. We are sponsoring
a hole for the day. More information soon...
